Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable to protect time and booking slots.
Cancellations
- Cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance to avoid additional fees.
- Cancellations under 72 hours may result in a 50% charge of the total package.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.
Rescheduling
- One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
- The new session must be booked within 30 days of the original date.
Rescheduling within 72 hours may incur a $50 fee, based on availability.
Emergencies
We understand that life happens. If you’re facing a true emergency, please reach out. We will do our best to offer a flexible and fair solution.
Late Arrival Policy
- 15-minute grace period after your scheduled start time.
- 16–59 minutes late = $20 late fee
- 60+ minutes late = $50 late fee
- Over 1 hour late with no communication = Session is automatically canceled and deposit is forfeited
Please note: Arriving late will shorten your session time. Extensions may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
